Associate General Counsel and Head of EIMEA Global Privacy Compliance and Cybersecurity, Procter & Gamble

Nicola is currently Associate General Counsel Southern Europe and Head of Europe Privacy, Cybersecurity & IT Law with the Procter & Gamble Company.

He is responsible for the local Antitrust Compliance Plan and for the European Privacy and Cybersecurity program at Procter & Gamble Company

He graduated at the University of Bari in 1990, served as a Tax Police Officer in Rome Head Quarters and then joined P&G Legal Division where he also developed extensive expertise in M&A and Advertising Law covering local and regional roles in Italy, Switzerland and the US.
