Valentina Laroccia

Head of Anti-Corruption, Antitrust & Financial Regulation Compliance, Eni Plenitude

Since February 2022, Valentina Laroccia is Head of Anti-Corruption, Antitrust & Financial Regulation Compliance at Eni Plenitude. Before moving to Eni Plenitude, Valentina spent almost 12 years at Eni S.p.A., acting as Head of Antitrust, Market Analysis and Energy Regulation Compliance and gaining a significant experience in various fields of competition law at worldwide level. She has assisted Eni group in antitrust proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority, the European Commission and other competition authorities outside the EU. She has also gained a strong expertise in dealing with multi-jurisdictional merger control analysis by assisting Eni group in all M&A projects. Before joining Eni S.p.A., she was a competition law associate at Grimaldi e Associati (Brussels) and Gianni Origoni Grippo & Partners. She was admitted to the Rome Bar in 2006. She is a native Italian speaker and also speaks English and French.
