​Joyce joined PaRR in 2018 when she started covering competition, data privacy, cybersecurity, and anti-bribery regulations with a primary focus on Hong Kong and Taiwan. Her coverage later expanded to include Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and other jurisdictions in Asia Pacific. Joyce is also responsible for developing the publication’s M&A regulatory content in the region.
