Procedural challenges for Inhouse Competition Counsels in light of new regulations and reforms

This panel aims at examining some or the procedural challenges inhouse counsels face in their everyday practice by focusing on the current reviews of the competition policy instruments in the EU and other jurisdictions. In particular, we will discuss the significance of changes in the EC´s procedural framework regarding the Simplification of the Merger Control Procedures and the new Art. 22 Guidance as well as the ongoing consultation on Regulation 1/2003 and the Notice on Informal Guidance in the context of Art. 101 and Art. 102 TFEU.”
