Based in London, Christopher Graf is a partner in Dentons’ Competition and Foreign Investment group in the UK.
He has more than 15 years’ experience of advising clients on the full range of competition law issues, including merger control, cartels and competition investigations, market investigations, abuse of dominance, state aid/subsidy control, commercial agreements and distribution arrangements, competition law compliance and economic regulation. He also advises clients on securing foreign investment approvals on global transactions, including under the UK’s new National Security and Investment regime.
He has obtained approvals under the new UK National Security and Investment regime for clients in the defence, technology and manufacturing sectors. In addition, he has coordinated foreign investment approvals for global transactions in jurisdictions including Australia, Canada, France, Germany, and Italy.
