Senior Case Handler, Bundeskartellamt’s 2nd Decision Division

Dr. Fabian Pape is a Senior Case Handler in the Bundeskartellamt’s 2nd Decision Division. Until recently, he was the Head of the German and European Merger Control Unit within the General Policies Division of the Bundeskartellamt. He is a lawyer by background and has previously served in different units of the Bundeskartellamt. He has extensive experience enforcing competition law, including cases of merger control, cartels and abuse of dominance. He also has been seconded to DG COMP.
