Fabienne Siredey-Garnier

Vice President at Autorité de la concurrence – French Competition Authority

Fabienne Siredey-Garnier has been appointed Vice President of the French Competition Authority in 2018. Vice-President of the Autorité de la concurrence having previously served as Rapporteur in 2007-2009. Appointed magistrate in 2003, she was deputy prosecutor and then presided over several criminal chambers in the Bobigny, Nanterre and Paris High Courts.

In 1992, was appointed mission head for economic and financial matters at the French Ministry of Justice; was seconded to the EC Legal Service.
