Rosa Arras is the Head of the Antitrust & Energy Market Regulation, Consumers & Communication Compliance department at ENI, where she provides expert advice and assistance to the Eni Group in matters of competition law, prior notification obligations to national, European and worldwide antitrust authorities in the context of M&A transactions, regulation of energy markets, misleading advertising and consumer protection. Prior to joining ENI, Rosa has worked for 7 years in the Italian competition department of a leading international law firm.
