Teresa Basile is EMEA Privacy Director and Legal Counsel of the Estée Lauder Companies, a global cosmetics company, where she provides legal and policy advice on EU privacy law and data security matters. Prior to joining Estée Lauder, Teresa worked for a leading US law firm in the fields of privacy and competition law. Teresa holds a law degree from the University of Bari and an LL.M. degree from the University of Leuven. Teresa is the founder of W@Privacy.
