Kristina Barbov

Before joining Microsoft a year ago, Kristina was the Head of International focusing on Competition and Regulatory strategy at Ofcom.

She has over 18 years experience working in private practice at top city law firms in London and Sydney as well as in-house at large multinational telecom operators, where she led the merger process for the BT/EE £12.5bn deal and the H3G/O2 £10.5bn proposed merger on behalf of EE.

She also spent time furthering her regulatory expertise at Ofcom, the UK’s telecoms and content regulator, by working with Government and other UK counterparts and regulators in the EU, Australia and the US.
