Wednesday 27th September h. 12:00-12:45 (CET)
Managed by
Eversheds Sutherland

Particular attention will be paid to Joint Ventures created for the achievement of environmental sustainability projects, also in light of the European Commission’s forthcoming intervention on the matter and the initiatives already undertaken by the Dutch Competition Authority. For example, the latter authorized the Joint Venture between competitors Shell and Total Energy in relation to a CO2 storage project in empty North Sea natural gas fields.
