Riccardo Molè

Riccardo Molè is an associate based in the Milan office.

His practice focuses on EU and Italian competition law.

Riccardo advises clients in relation to proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission concerning cartels, horizontal and vertical agreements, abuses of dominant position and merger control procedures, in the relevant appeal court proceedings, and in the context of civil actions for damages.

Riccardo joined the firm as a stagiaire and became associate in 2019.

Riccardo has been a member of the Milan Bar since 2019. He is a native Italian speaker and is fluent in English and proficient in French.
