Tim Mosk

Tim Mosk is a corporate/M&A lawyer (Energy) in Dentons’ Amsterdam and Houston offices.

His focus is on acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, group restructurings and general corporate and commercial matters in the energy space, including Oil & Gas (services) and renewables and power generation, and natural resources. He also has experience with climate tech. Tim has a specific interest in the regulatory aspects of M&A, specifically Foreign Investment screening. As such, he advises on the Dutch foreign investment regime and runs multi-jurisdictional foreign investment analyses.
