Valeria Veneziano

Valeria Veneziano is a Senior Associate in Osborne Clarke’s Competition, Antitrust and Trade service line since 2014 and has worked in the competition field since 1999, covering the entire spectrum of antitrust activities: proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission for cartels, abuse of dominance and other restrictive practices; merger control filings and proceedings; appeals of decisions before the EU and national Courts; litigation before civil Courts in connection with antitrust infringements (nullity of contract and damages).

She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of antitrust compliance programmes, in the conduct of competition law audits and in relation to distribution issues and horizontal cooperation agreements. Valeria graduated with honours in 1997 at La Sapienza University of Rome and received a Master’s Degree (LLM) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, in 1998.
