Mirta Kapural

Mirta Kapural is the president of the Competition Council of Croatian Competition Agency since 1 October 2021. Prior, she was a member of the Competition Council and deputy Head of International and European Department. She is a lawyer by profession with PhD in Company law and Competition law (University of Zagreb) and Master in European studies (University of Sussex). Ms Kapural is an author of many expert articles in Competition Law and regular lecturer of Competition law at universities and conferences and she has been engaged as an expert for competition law in different EU funded projects.
