Cecilia Carli

Cecilia Carli is a senior associate in our ‘Antitrust, Competition and Trade’ group in Rome.

Her practice covers a wide range of regulatory as well as EU/Italian competition law areas, including cartel and dominance proceedings, antitrust litigation, audits and compliance programs. She has gained experience across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on telecoms/tech, manufacturing and automotive sectors.

She has also worked as in-house competition and regulatory lawyer in a leading telecommunications company based in London, working on a number of infrastructure investment projects and commercial offers’ launch.

Cecilia graduated in law from the University of Siena and is a dual-qualified lawyer, in Italy and solicitor admitted in England & Wales. A native Italian speaker, she speaks English fluently and has some knowledge of French.
