Refund policy

REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Cancellations made up to 30 days before the event (i.e. until 24/08/2024)
   If you wish to cancel your ticket before 24/08/2024, you will receive a refund of the ticket price minus the 15% commission.

2. Cancellations made from 24/08/2024 to 10/09/2024
   For ticket cancellations requested between 24/08/2024 and 10/09/2024, we offer a partial refund. In this case, you will receive a 50% refund of the ticket price.

3. Cancellations made from 11/09/2024
   We do not offer refunds for ticket cancellations from 11/09/2024.

 

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To initiate a refund request, please contact the organizers via email at info@learcompetitionfestival.com. Please provide the details of your ticket, including the order number, and the bank details where the refund should be credited.
