Antoine Labaeye focuses on competition, regulation and commercial litigation matters within Freget Glaser & Associés.

His experience in the Energy sector includes proceedings before the French Competition Authority, several dispute resolution cases before the French Energy Regulator as well as a number of commercial litigation matters before the Paris Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal. Among other matters, he has successfully assisted TotalEnergies in a landmark litigation case in the electricity sector.

Antoine is also regularly involved in telecom and media cases, in particular before the Paris commercial Court.

Antoine teaches law at the University of Rennes and Paris V. He holds a master’s degree in business law from the University of Rennes, a Postgraduate Diploma (DJCE Degree) and an LLM in Competition Law from the Queen Mary University of London. He is an alumnus of the Hague Academy of International Law.
