Christian Raepple

Christian Raepple has joined Deutsche Lufthansa AG in 2013 after having worked in a high-profile boutique law firm. As head of the Competition, Antitrust & State Aid practice for Lufthansa Group worldwide, Christian has played a leading role in various landmark projects for the Group over the years, including the acquisition of parts of Air Berlin, the negotiations for the State aid package for Lufthansa Group in 2020 and most recently the acquisition of a stake in ITA Airways. Christian’s team also is the legal touchpoint for Lufthansa Group’s sustainability projects.
