Giacomo Lorenzo

Giacomo Lorenzo is currently working as senior legal counsel at Deminor, a leading international litigation funder.

With a particular emphasis on the Italian market, Giacomo actively contributes to originating and managing diverse cases in commercial litigation, arbitration, intellectual property disputes, antitrust litigation, corporate law, and post-M&A disputes.

Before joining Deminor, he worked as lawyer with the litigation and arbitration department of the leading Italian law firm, Gianni & Origoni.

Giacomo has obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) degree from the University of Lausanne, specializing in International Business Disputes.

He is actively engaged in conferences regarding litigation funding and gives his contribution by regularly publishing articles on the subject.
