Marcello Caramazza

Marcello Caramazza is the Head of Antitrust at Clariant, where he oversees all antitrust-related matters on a global scale. During his tenure at Clariant, Marcello has played a pivotal role in international M&A transactions, negotiating critical clauses and successfully coordinating numerous merger and FDI filings. Prior to joining Clariant, he gained extensive experience at international law firms in Brussels, where he advised clients on a wide range of antitrust issues, with a particular focus on coordinating and submitting multiple merger filings. Marcello holds a Master’s degree from the Catholic University of Milan and an LLM from the College of Europe in Bruges.
