Valeria Veneziano has over 25 years’ full-time expertise in the field of competition law.

Her work covers the entire spectrum of antitrust activities: proceedings before the Italian Antitrust Authority and the European Commission for cartels, abuse of dominance and other restrictive practices; merger control proceedings; appeals of decisions before the EU and national Courts; litigation before civil Courts in connection with antitrust infringements (nullity of contract and damages).

She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of antitrust compliance programmes and in the conduct of competition law audits for companies across several economic sectors.

Valeria has advised many clients on distribution issues and in relation to horizontal cooperation agreements.

Valeria graduated with honours in 1997 at La Sapienza University of Rome and received a Master’s Degree (LLM) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, in 1998. She joined Osborne Clarke in 2014.
